Second beta release of WiiControll
- Built in Processing 2.0.3 (larger application size)
- GNU General Public (copyleft) License applied for fun.
- Hosted on ContentShelf for possible merchantability in the future, though I will be keeping free versions available.
- Bug fix for incompatibility issue with WJoy 0.7.1 and more forward compatibility. The number of buttons is no longer to be assumed to be 28 and are now dependent on the number of buttons provided by WJoy. In a similar manner, the assumption of 3 sticks was removed.
- Increased utilization of hash maps for greater flexibility of settings.
- Partial support for Wii Classic controllers with thanks to "Geeligan Stache" and "GeoNine"
- Separate class for joysticks was created for greater encapsulation of data and methods for easier support of multiple joysticks in the future.
- Added support for multiple joysticks and settings, though this has yet to be tested for the Wii Classic Controller.
- Switched from Peter Lager's G4P to Andreas Schlegel's controlP5 GUI Library.
- Experimental implementation of Andreas Schlegel's sDrop library for drag-and-drop import of settings files.
- Minor change in key assignment. Now order independent so that it only requires a key and a Wiimote button to be pressed simultaneously rather requiring for the Wiimote button to be pressed first.
- User interface for joysticks when the cursor is hovered over them. Keys may be assigned to the joystick by tilting it and pressing a key.
- Easter egg on November 19, the date of the initial release of the Wii console.
